  • In this cave Hazrat Muhammad PBUH received his first revelation through hazrat Jibraeal A.S.
  • This revelation was about the verses of Surah –AL-Alaqs.

Masjid e Jinn:

  • Masjid jinn located in Makah.
  • It is famous because jinn used to listen Quran pak when Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) recites the Quran that is why it is called masjid e jinn.

Significance of masjid e jinn.

The history of masjid jinn is that Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood narrated that while in Makah prophet PBUH once said to Shabah (R.A)

“whoever wishes to see what the jinn are all about should come alone “Besides my myself no one came. When we reached the place in Miakah the prophet PBUH used his foot to draw a circle. He then ordered to sit inside the circle. After proceeding a little further prophet PBUH started reciting the Quran. It then happened that jinn started to arrive in troops as they gathered there so many came that I could not even see prophet Muhammad PBUH nor hear him prophet PBUH continued talking with a group of them until Fajar. (tafseer ibn Khatir).

Jabaal E Rehmat.

  • It is also called mount of Arafat.
  • In this place people came during hajj and stay here in 9 of Dull Hijjah.

  • It is also called gare _thaur
  • It is famous during the time of migration from Makah to medina. our beloved Prophet (PBUH) took refuge in this place with his companion Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A).
